Terms and Conditions

What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone reading the Loading Dock Repair Shenandoah website. We serve warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, stores with receiving docks and logistics companies in and around Shenandoah, PA. By using the site, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The Site Is for General Information

Our pages explain the dock levelers, overhead doors, vehicle restraints and other equipment we work on, along with how we approach jobs. That material is general. It is not an inspection of your facility, a safety assessment or a promise about what any repair will involve.

Every loading dock is different. Only a conversation with us, and usually a look at the equipment on site, can tell you what your dock actually needs.

Quotes and Work Are Arranged by Phone

The phone is the only way to reach us, and the number is (570) 533-9838. Nothing on this website is an offer, a price or a contract. Any work, its scope, its cost and its timing are agreed directly between you and us before a job starts.

Scheduling Details

When we talk through a job, we give you an arrival window and a realistic timeline based on what we know at that point. Parts availability, weather and conditions we find on site can change a plan. When that happens, we call you with an update rather than leaving your crew waiting at the dock.

Who Owns the Content

The text, layout and images on this site belong to Loading Dock Repair Shenandoah or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own business use. Please do not copy it for another website or present it as your own work.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of speaking with us about your specific equipment. Never operate damaged dock equipment based on something you read online.

Pennsylvania Law and Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We may revise this page from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If anything on this page raises a question, a quick conversation at (570) 533-9838 is the easiest way to sort it out, and we are glad to talk it through with you.
