Loading Dock Equipment Sales in Shenandoah
When a dock leveler, vehicle restraint or door has reached the end of its life, we help you pick a replacement that fits your trucks and loads. You get a written quote with a realistic lead time, and we keep you posted until it is installed.

Buying dock equipment that fits the way you ship
We sell dock levelers, vehicle restraints, overhead doors, high speed doors and rolling grilles to warehouses, manufacturers, distribution centers, and grocery and retail stores with receiving docks. Before we recommend anything, we come out and measure: pit size, dock height, the range of trailer beds you actually receive and how heavy your loads run.
New equipment makes sense when repairs have stopped paying off, when you are adding doors or changing the trucks you handle, or when a safety review flags something that needs replacing. If a repair will reliably carry you another few seasons, we will say so and point you to our dock levelers or overhead doors repair work instead.
Timing gets talked about up front. Most dock equipment is built to order, so your quote shows a lead time we believe in, and if a ship date moves we call you before it becomes your problem.
What you get when you buy through us
An on-site survey
We measure the pit, the dock face, door openings and clearances, and we look at the trailers coming in that day. Guesswork at this stage is what leads to a leveler lip that will not reach or a door that rubs the track.
Capacity matched to real loads
Leveler capacity needs to cover your heaviest forklift plus its load, with room for the impact of rolling on and off. We size from your equipment, not from a catalog default.
Options compared plainly
Hydraulic, air-powered or mechanical levelers. Insulated or standard overhead doors. We explain how each one behaves in daily use and what it asks of you in upkeep, then let you decide.
A written, line-item quote
Equipment, freight, installation and any pit or concrete work are listed separately, along with the expected lead time. You can see where the money goes and plan your budget and your dock schedule together.
Order tracking and delivery windows
We follow the order with the manufacturer, confirm a delivery window with you and let you know the moment anything shifts.
Installation with a labor warranty
Our crew can install what you buy, and that installation work is backed by our 1-year labor warranty. Our Loading Dock Equipment Installation page covers how an install day runs.

Signs it is time for new dock equipment
- The same unit keeps coming back
- When a leveler or door needs a repair every few months, the downtime and service calls add up. At some point replacement costs less than living with it.
- Your trailers have changed
- Newer trailers, reefers or a shift to smaller box trucks can leave an old leveler unable to bridge the gap safely. If drivers are improvising with plates or shims, the equipment no longer fits the job.
- A near miss or a safety finding
- Trailer creep, early pull-aways or a safety audit note are strong reasons to add vehicle restraints. Fixing the cause beats writing another incident report.
- Doors losing heat and time
- A slow door left open through a Schuylkill County winter lets the cold pour in and slows receiving. A high speed door or an insulated overhead door can cut both problems.
- Gaps in after-hours security
- Storefront receiving areas and open bays often need a barrier that still lets air and light through. Rolling grilles handle that without closing the space off.
How an equipment purchase works with us
- 1
A phone conversation
Tell us what is failing, what you receive and any deadlines you are working toward. We set up a survey at a time that suits your shifts.
- 2
Survey with a set arrival window
We give you an arrival window and keep it, or call ahead if we are running late. The visit is quiet and stays out of the way of live doors.
- 3
Quote, options and lead times
You get a written quote with the equipment we recommend, any alternatives worth considering and a realistic delivery estimate for each.
- 4
Updates while you wait
Once you order, we track it and send updates at the points that matter: confirmed, shipped and scheduled for delivery.
- 5
Installation planned around your dock
We usually work one door at a time so the rest of the dock keeps moving. We are OSHA 30 certified, and we leave the area clean and walk your team through the new controls.
What shapes the price of new dock equipment
No two docks price out the same, which is why we quote after a survey rather than over a guess. The equipment is only part of the number. Site conditions, power and timing all play a role, and your quote breaks each one out.
- Equipment type and capacity
- A hydraulic leveler with a higher capacity rating costs more than a light mechanical unit. Restraint style and door size and construction move the price the same way.
- Pit and concrete condition
- An existing pit that is square and solid keeps costs down. Cracked curbs, a worn pit floor or resizing for a new leveler add concrete work.
- Power and controls
- Hydraulic levelers, powered restraints and high speed doors need electrical service at the door. Interlocking controls between a restraint, leveler and door add parts and wiring time.
- How many units and when
- Ordering several doors together often saves on freight and setup. Tight deadlines can limit which models are available in time, and we will tell you that honestly.
Questions about buying dock equipment
- How long does new dock equipment take to arrive?
- It depends on the item and the manufacturer, and much of it is built to order. We give you a realistic lead time on the quote rather than a hopeful one. If that date changes, we call you as soon as we hear so you can adjust your schedule.
- Can you replace a leveler without shutting down the whole dock?
- Usually, yes. We replace one position at a time while the other doors keep running. We plan the work around your heaviest receiving days and confirm the date with you in advance.
- Do you install the equipment you sell?
- Yes. Our crew handles installation, and that labor is covered by our 1-year labor warranty. Buying and installing through one company also means one point of contact if a date moves.
- How do I know whether to repair or replace?
- We look at the age of the unit, how often it has been repaired and whether it still fits the trucks you receive. If a repair makes more sense, we will tell you. Our Loading Dock Preventative Maintenance program can help a newer unit last longer.
- Will a new vehicle restraint work with my existing leveler?
- In many cases it will. During the survey we check the dock face, the approach and your current controls to see whether the restraint can be interlocked with the leveler and door. If it cannot, we explain why and what the options are.
- Do you serve facilities outside Shenandoah?
- Yes. We work with warehouses and receiving docks across the surrounding area, including Frackville, Mahanoy City, Pottsville, Minersville and Mount Carmel. Arrival windows and delivery plans work the same way wherever your facility is.
